Blue Cross' do campaign was designed to improve the health of all Minnesotans by encouraging small steps each day towards the goal of moving more and eating better. By grooving your body every day you can improve your overall health, achieve a healthy weight and prevent risks like high blood pressure and diabetes.

To maintain good health, adults need about one-half hour of moderate-intensity activity each day – adding up to about 2 hours and 30 minutes for the week.* And, according to a recent Blue Cross report, still one-third of all adult Minnesotans don't get enough daily activity.** Grab a bike and experience all of the nice ways to improve your health while you cruise around town. do cycle your way to fitness!

Get rewarded for biking

Track your mileage on a Nice Ride bike or your own personal bike, and earn free gear at local bike shops by signing up for Blue Cross' do-cycle program. Simply go to Blue Cross' do-groove.com and look under "do in action" and click on "do-cycle".

Am I required to wear a helmet?

While it's not required, Nice Ride recommends that everyone wear a helmet. Keep a helmet at work or in your locker. Freewheel Bike offers 20% off Trek helmets to all Nice Ride Subscribers (bring your Nice Ride key or a receipt from any Nice Ride station). Pick-up a helmet at Freewheel's West Bank store or the Freewheel Midtown Bike Center
