Nice Nite #3 - Rye Delicatessen with Music from Umbrella Bed

Share   |  Posted Jul. 22, 2012 by Mitch Vars

Thursday, July 26th, the Nice Nite series moves to the Rye Delicatessen & Bar, 1930 Hennepin Avenue. This week features the mind bending combination of Montreal style smoked meat, New Belgium beer and live outdoor music from local 2-Tone sensations Umbrella Bed.

Summer is fleeting so don’t miss out on the fun. As always, the first beer is free with a Nice Ride key or a printed slip from one of our stations. Low low prices on all New Belgiums for everyone. Starting next week you’ll be seeing back to school sales on pencils and notebooks, so you’d better enjoy it while you can.

We’ll be taking over the Rye parking lot, with things getting started at 7:00pm. There’s a Nice Ride station nearby and plenty of bike parking. Rye is easy to get to by bike, just of the Bryant Avenue bike boulevard near the intersection of Hennepin and Franklin. Once again we'll also be raffling: two tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show 'Dralion', as well as a pair of Just Bare grill sets. Mmmm.

Coming up next: Nice Nite Saint Paul Edition at the Amsterdam Bar and Hall.

Bike fitting:

Nice Ride bikes are all one size and have been designed to accommodate riders between 5'0" and 6'6" in height. The seat height is easily adjustable. Our bikes are built for quick trips in the city by people wearing regular clothes and carrying ordinary stuff.
