Hidden Wonders in the Minneapolis Parks

You may have heard that the Minneapolis Parks were recently named the number one park system in the United States.  If you had not, what that means, is there are 6,743 acres of parkland within the city limits, and 94 percent of residents are within a 10-minute walk (one-half mile) of a park.  There are plenty of well known places within the parks, like Tin Fish at Lake Calhoun, The Bandshell at Lake Harriet, but there is so much more as well - and now it's easier than ever to find.

Thanks to our sponsor Allina Health, we are very proud to introduce: Hidden Wonders in the Minneapolis Parks.  A mobile-ready website featuring a wealth of lesser known wonders in Minneapolis Parks. The best part of all, every single one of the features are accessible by bike - including Nice Ride bikes.  Whether you're looking for music and movies in the park, a picnic with a view, or a bit of history for your day, the site has it all.  Feel free to take a look around and plan your next Minneapolis Park adventure - you can access the site by clicking the link above, or typing http://parks.niceridemn.org into your browser.

I like to think that every place has its fun little secrets, and Minneapolis is already pretty fun without secrets, so this just makes it great. Thanks for sharing. Thiago | http://www.EntiraFamilyClinics.com
