The Best Way to See Rochester is on a Bike

Whether you are a visitor or a resident, Nice Ride bikes
are a fun and easy way to get around Rochester.

2017 Season begins May 1st.

Introducing Nice Ride Rochester

Nice Ride Rochester is a pilot project designed to increase biking in Rochester by both residents and visitors. Rochester offers great places to ride with over 85 miles of paved trails. Nice Ride Rochester is not a bikeshare program like the one we operate in the Twin Cities. The Rochester program is a standard rental service offering bikes for rent for a flat fee by the hour, or by the day. Bikes are available to anyone 18 years of age or older. Bikes may be rented for 16-17 year olds by a parent or guardian. We do not rent bikes to anyone under the age of 16.

About the Bikes

The Nice Ride Greater Minnesota bike is designed for all types of riding, from short errands like a trip to the grocery store to longer rides of ten or more miles. All bikes come fully outfitted with everything you need for a great biking adventure:

  • 3-speeds with a covered chain
